Ask the credentials of the user who is not able to RDP
Go to the RDweb page of the domain and try RDP from there.
Try doing RDP to the Terminal Server using the credentials
Check the user, if the account is not disabled and do reset the password.
Check that the user is in domain, and the domain users are allowed to RDP to Terminal Server.
If nothing works, the profile must have been corrupt.
