How to Sign-Up to the AccessOrange Customer Service Portal


Customer Service Dynamics 365 Portal Sign-Up Instructions


Welcome to the Customer Service Dynamics 365 portal! Follow these steps to sign up using your existing Microsoft account.


Important Note


This portal uses Microsoft authentication. This means that any user who wants to log in or register must have a Microsoft account. Additionally, the Microsoft account must be under the same email address as it has been registered with us. This can be a Microsoft 365 (M365) account.


Step 1: Access the Portal


  1. Open your web browser and go to https://support.accessorange.com.


Step 2: Obtain a Redeem Code


  1. If you have not received an invitation email with a redeem code, please contact our support team at support@accessorange.com to request a redeem code.


Step 3: Initiate the Sign-Up Process


  1. When you did receive a welcome email with a redeem code, click on the link to open the registration page.
  2. Click on the Register link to start the registration process.


Step 4: Enter the Redeem Code


  1. The redeem code should already be entered. Click Next.



Step 5: Sign In with Your Microsoft Account


  1. Click on redeem and select "Microsoft"
  2. You will be redirected to the Microsoft login page.
  3. Enter your Microsoft account email address (the same email address registered with us) and click Next.
  4. Enter your Microsoft account password and click Sign In.


Step 6: Allow Access


  1. A pop-up will appear asking you to allow the portal to access your Microsoft account information.
  2. Click Yes to grant the necessary permissions.



Step 7: Complete the Sign-Up


  1. After granting access, you will be redirected back to the Customer Service Dynamics 365 portal.
  2. Your account will be created, and you will be logged in automatically.
  3. You can now access all the features and services available to you.


Troubleshooting Tips


  • Authenticator App Issues: Ensure that the Microsoft Authenticator app is installed and set up on your mobile device. If you encounter issues, refer to the Microsoft Authenticator support page for assistance.
  • Browser Compatibility: Make sure you are using a compatible web browser. The portal works best with the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
