This article explains how to get the log report for Teams Calling (Direct Routing), so you can review it for troubleshooting call our routing issues.

  • Go to the Teams Admin Center and find Analytics & Reports - Usage Reports



  • Select PSTN Usage Report, select the Time Range and click View Report

  • In the Report, select Direct Routing, and then click the Export to ExcelIcon on the right top corner




    Now you have the log files in CSV format.
