How to get Teams Calling (Direct Routing) Call Log

This article explains how to get the log report for Teams Calling (Direct Routing), so you can review it for troubleshooting call our routing issues.

Go to the Teams Admin Center and find Analytics & Reports - Usage Reports




Select PSTN Usage Report, select the Time Range and click View Report


In the Report, select Direct Routing, and then click the Export to ExcelIcon on the right top corner




Now you have the log files in CSV format.
