How to apply a group policy in Intune

Prerequisites      

Azure VM, Install Server-2012,   Promote as domain controller

On Client VM, windows 10, and join to domain

Azure Ad Connect, download and install on Server OS, and synchronize with on prem ad users

1 more on prem windows 10 also joind to this domain.

test1@domain.com,   assign license (MDM & MAM) and logged in on client machine (vm).


Go to Intune portal




Click on Devices

Configuration profile




Create profile

Windows 10 or later

Select profile

Templates

Administrative templates, click on create




In basic: type name as training-gpo, next

Configuration setting: (computer configuration and user configuration as old gpo)

Assignments: add all users, review and create

For On prem windows 10, setting, accounts, access work and school, choose account and synchronized. On client vm in azure, repeat same steps
