How can I cancel my subscription?
If you have purchased a Microsoft 365 or other subscription from us, you may cancel it at any time before the end of your current billing cycle, unless you have agreed to a minimum term contract. To cancel your subscription, please fill in the customer cancellation form below:

If immediate termination needed, ask customer to send to support@accessorange.com and support can block the account.
Cancellations can only be considered processed once you receive a notification from us. If you want to check on the status of your cancellation, please send an email to support@accessorange.com.
If you have prepaid for your subscription for a certain period of time, we will not refund you any unused portion of your payment. You will still be able to use the Microsoft 365 or other services and applications until the end of your prepaid term.
By canceling your subscription, you may lose some or all of your data that is stored or synced with the services and applications. We are not responsible for any loss of data or functionality that may result from your cancellation or account termination. We advise you to back up your data before you cancel your subscription.
