Conclusion:
While testing we observe two things:
1: if u have any internet issue it will take extra 64 seconds to deliver
2: If internet is good it will deliver on time
I have triggered an email to Recipient Ashfaq Nasir on 10:38 and as you can see it is successfully delivered on time
