# Azure SQL Server Database Backup

#### 1-      Login in [portal.azure.com](https://csquare1.sharepoint.com/sites/marketing/Shared%20Documents/Process/Content%20Marketing/Blogs/Articles/Awais%20Khalid/portal.azure.com).

  
  

#### 2-      Select your SQL instance.

  
  

#### 3-      Click on Manage Backup.

  
  

#### 4-      Click on configure policies.

  
  

#### 5-      Select the Database of which you want to modify the backup retention policy.

  
  

#### 6-      Click on Configure retention.
